in spaces underneath many bridges, there exists small rooms or chambers, usually accessable via a manhole-like grating on the underside of the bridge. logic tells us that these chambers are necessary for the bridge to withstand an earthquake, but the chambers serve other purposes as well, housing squatters and other cast-offs from society.

this particular site was revealed to us by Nick, who had known of its existence for quite a while. he had come here before to visit with the location's previous residents. at the time we infiltrated it however, it was vacant.
